Qualification Criteria
To qualify for price protection, the following conditions must be met:

· Product Restrictions
1. The item must be identical to the one originally purchased from us.
2. Products priced under $70 and B-stock products are not eligible for the price guarantee.

· Validity Period
The price protection service must be requested within 14 days of purchasing the item. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

· Exceptions
Certain exclusions may apply, including but not limited to:
1. Prices offered by unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.
2. Items on special offer, clearance, flash sale, with coupon discounts, or subject to special promotions
3. Prices resulting from inaccuracies.

· Order Status Requirement
The Price Guarantee Policy applies only to orders in normal status. Orders that are unpaid, canceled, refunded, or returned are not eligible for the price guarantee.

Submitting a Claim
To request a price guarantee, contact our customer service team within the specified period. Provide proof of the price comparison (e.g., screenshot of the order, link to a lower-priced listing). Our team will review the amount within 5 business days and issue you a refund.
NOTE: Request the price guarantee only once per order.
