Qualification criteria
To qualify for price protection, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be identical to the one originally purchased from us.
2. Products with a price below $70 and B-goods products are not eligible for the price guarantee.

The price protection service must be requested within 14 days of purchasing the item. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

· Exceptions
Certain exclusions may apply, including but not limited to:
1. Prices offered by unauthorized resellers or third-party vendors.
2. Article on special offer, clearance sale, flash sale, with coupon discounts or item from special promotions
3. Prices that are due to inaccuracies.

· Requirement for the order status
The price guarantee policy applies only to orders in normal status. Orders that are unpaid, canceled, refunded, or returned are not eligible for price guarantee.

Submitting a claim
To request a price guarantee, please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame. Provide proof of the price comparison (e.g., screenshot of the order, link to a cheaper listing). Our team will review the amount within 5 business days and issue you a refund.
