The R-4214E tripod is one of the largest among the SIRUI tripods. With its high load capacity of 14 kg, it is particularly suitable for working in the studio and with large, heavy DSLR and video cameras.
The toothed center column is adjusted in height with a crank, which results in very high stability and accuracy. That's why it is ideal for telescopes, heavy cameras and measuring instruments. The center column has a 3/8" thread at the bottom for overhead shots close to the ground.
The tubes of the legs are made of 10 layers of carbon, which makes the tripods extremely light but also very stable. Depending on the surface, the non-slip rubber feet can be replaced with robust stainless steel spikes (included).
